CANCELED: Live Mentor Training!

Due to the most recent health concern, the COVID-19, we are maintaining the safety, health, and wellbeing of the youth and volunteers in our program by cancelling all large gatherings such as mentor trainings and group events.

Please know that this decision was not an easy one to make, but it is in the best interest of all of us. As a reminder, please continue to check for updates through the Center for Disease ControlChicago Department of Health, and the Illinois Department of Health.

Invest Southwest!

Safe Families PLUS tabled at Invest Southwest!

The purpose of the event was to create a space for community members to come together to learn more about the resources, organizations, and programs in and near their areas! By doing so, all participating representatives put forth effort to build, establish, and maintain community partnerships!

Our mentorship Coordinator, Zach Mundy, spoke with tons of smiling faces and let community members know all about the service we provide to youth aging out of foster care!
